We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,as long as the item meets the following requirements:

  • The product must be in new or undamaged;
  • The Item contains all original labels;
  • The Item must not be worn, washed, or altered;
To start a return, you can contact us  at info@madenshoe.com with your order number and exchange/return request. As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please share your return tracking with us.

Cancellation:

If your order has not been shipped, we can provide a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, refunds are not supported. We process cancellations within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within 24 hours.

Refund or Exchange Processing Time:

  • Exchange:Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange request and ship your exchange item out to you. For return requests, we will process your refund, and you will be notified by email.
  • Refund:Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

If you closed your card/bank, please consult with your bank first. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method, meaning that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.

Return and Exchange Fees:

  • If you receive a product with Damages and issues. We will charge all expenses, including return shipping and reshipping costs
  • If you receive a product without Damages and issues, but still wish to return or exchange, You will be pay for the return or exchange shipping fees($9.99).

If you receive a Damages or issues item, please send a photo of the damaged product to info@madenshoe.com with your order number, and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
